The Canmore real estate market has continued to flourish through the early winter setting new sales records in October and November. October had broken the July record for the most sales transactions in a month ever in the Canmore market. November proceeded to smash both the July and October records with over 130 sales which is normally the sales volume achieved in a good quarter for Canmore real estate.
December is off to a fierce start with inventory dipping very low. It is customary for the market to remain quiet through the last half of December and into January. However, the Canmore real estate market looks to buck that trend as we head into 2021.
