Details: Grassi Developments and SBL Contractors partnered to develop a new commercial bay complex, Grassi Business Park, in Dead Man’s Flats. Units ranged from 1080 square foot bays to 1727 square foot pull-through bays, all with the potential for a mezzanine and option to subdivide. Bays also offered 24 ft ceilings, 14 ft garage doors, bathroom rough-in, and much more.
