Details: Grassi Developments and Rocky Mountain Top Builders, in collaboration with SBL Contractors, brought Settler’s Block to Main Street in Canmore – a new luxury hotel condominium and commercial building inspired by the community’s mining heritage. Settler’s Block combined refined mountain living with carefully considered architectural details that pay tribute to the town’s industrial past. The building features a collection of luxury residences ranging from approximately 1,100 to 1,200 square feet, each thoughtfully designed with bespoke details and stunning views. At street level, two, 800 square foot commercial spaces, welcome residents, locals, and visitors to Settler’s Block. At the top of the building, a private rooftop patio and sauna provide an elevated gathering place with exceptional 360-degree views of Canmore’s surrounding mountains.
