Details: Grassi Developments has collaborated with SBL Contractors to build Settler’s Block; a new hotel condominium and commercial building on Main Street, Canmore that echoes the community’s mining heritage. This new, luxury project consists of eight residential units ranging from 1100 to 1300 square feet with bespoke details throughout and stunning mountain and valley views.
