Beloved and popular hiking route, Ha Ling Trail reopened this month after a year long trail renovation. The trail was widened, reshaped and made more comfortable for walking with rails and cable ladders installed in steep grade areas. An exciting addition to the route is an intermediate trail leading to stunning viewpoints overlooking Whiteman’s Pond and the East End of Rundle. Alberta Environment and Parks is requesting that all users stay on the trail and avoid touching the endangered Whitebark pine trees that may be found along the route. Happy hiking!
